Service availability
Pickup and delivery availability may depend on location, schedule, capacity, weather, order size, and operational needs. Express service is subject to confirmation.
Pricing
Website pricing is provided as a snapshot and may change. Final totals may include weight-based charges, minimums, taxes, delivery fees, special handling fees, commercial account terms, or other applicable charges.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, pickup, delivery, and laundry preference details.
- Remove valuables, sharp items, electronics, cash, documents, and delicate items that require special care unless clearly disclosed and accepted.
- Do not submit hazardous, contaminated, illegal, or unsafe items.
Garment care
WashPay aims to follow reasonable laundry care practices. Customers are responsible for identifying delicate, dry-clean-only, stain-sensitive, colour-bleeding, or special-care items before service.
Website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit spam, or use the contact form for unlawful or abusive purposes.
No sensitive payment details
Do not submit credit card numbers, banking details, passwords, or sensitive personal information through the website contact form.
